Consultation
The purpose of our initial consultation is to determine three things:
- The Project’s Scope
- Your Financial Plan
- A Preliminary Assessment
These three elements are what we refer to as the project’s pillars. Everything we do will be guided by the outcomes of the consultation.
Step 2
Planning
We’ll go on to the following phase when we’ve built the foundation for our work, which includes:
- Planning and Design
- City Permitting
- Estimated Cost
- Contract for Construction
In terms of design and materials, your budget will guide the project. We deal with a variety of budgets, so be assured that your project will be tailored to your specific requirements. We’ll figure out which parts of the project require permits, and we’ll give you a final estimate so you know what to anticipate when we’re through. Your construction contract will detail all of this.

Construction
Everything from confirming details to starting construction is included in the final stage.
